What are the facilities like?

Blue Mountains Sauna, top level. The room is spacious with a west-facing window that looks over Leura, catching the sunset from this aspect.

Above the sauna, the room naturally keeps warm, which means you’re not starting your practice cold!

Toilets and change rooms are shared with the sauna on the same level down the other end of the building.

What equipment is provided?

Mats and blocks. It is recommended that you BYO for your specific needs.

How long does the class go for?

70 minutes to allow longer time for breathwork, meditation and Savasana.

Where is parking like?

Blue Mountains onsite parking (this is often filled by sauna visitors), Quinns Avenue, Wascoe St or along Megalong St (entrance walkway between Bijou and Pizza Sublime).

How does payment work?

Book via payment. Cash payments book via ‘connect’.
